Halliburton Investor Relations

Geralyn is responsible for strategic planning and business development as well as the direction, coordination and administration of the company's day-to-day client service programs. Before joining Halliburton Investor Relations in 1992, Geralyn was Director of Investor Relations for Kaneb Services, Inc. (now Xanser Corp.), a large industrial services company with international operations, and for its subsidiary, Kaneb Pipe Line Partners. During her five-year tenure, she initiated an aggressive investor relations program delineating Kaneb's restructuring and transition from an oilfield services company to a provider of industrial engineering services. Through this challenging but successful transition, she rebuilt the investor relations program, securing new sell-side analyst coverage and substantially improving institutional ownership, while maintaining the company's strong retail base. Kaneb's stock price and market capitalization more than tripled during this time.

Geralyn formerly worked with The Southwestern Legal Foundation, where she marketed the Foundation's courses and institutes, designed and produced annual reports and promotional brochures, and edited books. Other journalistic experience includes editing and writing for a national real estate trade publication and for television news. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.F.A. in Journalism.
